I don't think thats the right topic to post in though, I was just pointing out that SHIRE is a real "thing". Shires are kinda like counties in England. Some people might be curious if you intended a connection. Read up on it, I'm sure that some people will be curious why you picked the acronym S.H.I.R.E.

it is a real thing the connection whether implied or experssed is there so so we might as well use it. it is a municipality a sovereign area. which works for me...

We need a real account for The S.H.I.R.E. Institute, not one tagged on to the municipality page. Posting our site in places that is not relevant doesn't improve our standing at all, and only will increase our 1 page (bounce rate). This will likely take at least 5 people or so to be able to achieve, maybe we can get some commitments to help create this page from people.
