There is a very nice land possibility about 30 minuets from Bellingham. look at the blog for more info. It has a 150' waterfall. it is gorgeous, while maintaining its ability to be useful starting point. We will need 300,000, which will probably have to come from a loan unless we find a large donation. We can probably scrape enough together for a down payment, but it will be difficult to find enough to pay the mortgage for the first 6 months. after the first 6 months I think we will have something in place to generate income.
