Sorry I haven't posted in a while. It seems that my life is in hyper mode ever since I found over 300 acres of land to acquire. The local Farm Land Bank is trying to help me secure this parcel and I'm rounding up some investors to help with the construction of the homes I want to build on 100 acres. This will be a community of 25-27 homes that will have about 3 acres each. The site will include a park, a pond, bike and hike trails while keeping that sleepy time atmosphere so people can unwind from their hectic schedule.
