This Sunday, January 9th, the SHIRE will host a Mini Cob Building workshop at the HOPE Farmer's Market.

We will be teaching kids to build with cob so they begin to see the things around them as resources. 

Mixing fun and entertainment, we will use water, clay, straw, stick and stones to construct a miniature replica of a cob dwelling.

This isn't only for kids - anyone can benefit from the tactile delights of rich Texas clay, as well as enjoy the afternoon as a natural building architect. 

Come and join us at East 5th and Waller. Construction will begin at 1pm.

**Please note the time is pushed back to 1 pm to allow Anthropos Arts to finish their set***
