My passion is photography, and my main area of college education was engineering so some of you may be asking "Why are you a web-designer?" The answer is that I sort of just fell into it. I've been around computers since I was about 3 years old. I was lucky that my grandfather had a Commadore 64 with some games that I could play and my interest grew from there. When I was about 12 years old, my elementary school had a program to educate kids about the internet and we were given a Mac and turned loose on Adobe Pagemill. I started working with websites more in earnest in high school, and completed a few websites for some spending money. I discovered that I was somewhat good at it, and from there I used my talents to help support myself in college. After getting lost in classes with more than 500 people, and butting heads in ones less than 30, I decided that perhaps Washington State University wasn't for me and decided to seek a professional job building websites at a development firm, landing me my current gig in Eureka, California. However, my true passion is photography and I plan on pursuing my dream of traveling the world with my camera.

I have donated much of my time  into the creation of this website for the last few years as it has gone from design to reality. There is much still to be done. I realized that Sandor needed to give this his best shot, and I felt that a professional website would get him that much further in his quest to bring the S.H.I.R.E. to reality. If everyone makes their own effort to contribute to the formation of this new ethos, it may just have a chance.
